farewell 1st semester
off to tel aviv for the night. love a fancy hotel.

are less dramatic than they were 8 years ago, but no less sucky.
They’re here!!! The mothership has landed (and brought all sorts of treats like whole wheat everything bagels and coffee) and now it’s time to play!
chanukah love
i really loved chanukah this year… i loved being in israel for it, seeing chanukah decorations and soufganyot everywhere. it was definitely unique celebrating in a place where it wasn’t positioned alongside Christmas. it stood on it’s own here, and had a different feeling. trying to get a headstart
really really trying hard to get my work done ahead of time so i can play care-free when molly/sharon rachel/gil and josh’s mom all arrive within the next 10 days.

guys. this is ridiculous. i mean, seriously.
it’s tuesday night here in jerusalem, and i am sitting on the couch in my snuggie. it’s probably 15 degrees colder inside than it is outside. i got home from school over 3 hours ago, all ready to go with my neatly written to-do list. so far, not too much progress.
i have 3 papers due next week, and one of them requires me to translate...
